Arnikasoft operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you — the pet parent — with a thoughtful, joyful shopping experience (the “Services”). Arnikasoft is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (together with any referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important legal information about warranties, liability, and more.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services (browsing, shopping, or contacting us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have permission for any minor dependents under your care to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

To shop or browse, you may need to provide accurate information (email, billing, shipping, payment details). You represent that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or licensed to others.

We do not guarantee that products will match exactly what you see on screen or meet your exact expectations in every way. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or restrict sales by person, region, or jurisdiction.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; Arnikasoft may accept or decline it at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send acceptance (usually via email) and process payment.

Review your order carefully before submitting — cancellations after acceptance may not be possible. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you using the contact details provided.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You confirm that items are for personal or household pet use only, not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price shown at checkout (and in your confirmation email) is the final price, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

Promotions may have separate terms that override these if conflicting. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date payment and account information and to update it promptly.

You warrant that your payment method is valid, you’re authorized to use it, and charges (including taxes and shipping) will be honored. You agree to follow any terms of third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Arnikasoft is not liable for issues arising from those processors.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Once items are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services — trademarks, logos, text, images, product photos, designs, and more — is owned by Arnikasoft, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No reproduction, modification, distribution, or other unauthorized use is allowed without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Arnikasoft names, logos, slogans, and product designs are our trademarks. Shopify’s marks are owned by Shopify. Other third-party marks belong to their owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability. Your use of them is at your own risk — review their terms carefully.

Future features or tools added to the Services are also governed by these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may link to or include third-party content/websites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their accuracy, content, or practices. Access them at your own risk. Direct questions or complaints to the third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Arnikasoft is powered by Shopify, but all sales occur directly between you and Arnikasoft. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchases, products, or transactions with us. You release Shopify from any related claims.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy (available on our site) and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy (linked there). By using the Services, you consent to these policies.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

Any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or feedback you submit grants us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and commercialize it without obligation to you. You warrant you own the rights and that your feedback complies with these Terms. We may (but are not required to) monitor or remove objectionable feedback.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions at any time (even after order submission) without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include unlawful activity, IP infringement, harassment, spamming, transmitting malware, impersonation, or any conduct that harms Arnikasoft, Shopify, or other users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

We may terminate your access at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to termination. Sections that naturally survive (IP, Feedback, Liability, etc.) continue in effect.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arnikasoft, its affiliates, Shopify, and related parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.) arising from use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arnikasoft, Shopify, and our affiliates from claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed while the rest remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes should first be addressed informally via support@arnikasoft.com for 30 days. Formal resolution will be on an individual basis (no class actions). Small claims or IP injunctive relief may be pursued separately.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. These Terms (plus posted policies) constitute the full agreement between us.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.

SECTION 22 - HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We’ll notify you of material changes as required by law.
